This morning I woke up and smelled smoke at 6am, I bolted up and made sure my loft wasn’t on fire. After I checked the building I threw some clothes on and grabbed my Nikon and headed out to find that my neighbors warehouse was on fire…He and a woman jumped from the second story window to safety, she managed to push a dog out and jump but she broke her leg. Thankfully there was a man that pushed some trash cans over so the man could bounce before the concrete received him. I am not sure if everyone in the building made it out, including all the pets….it makes me so sad but at the same time I am grateful my SoMa neighbors all rallied together to make sure a local was ok…Sad day.  This morning I woke up and smelled smoke at 6am, I bolted up and made sure my loft wasn’t on fire.
